You cannot use an Hourly Hire for pickups or drop-offs at the airport. We provide a special service to handle your dedicated airport transfer needs.
Do you offer flight tracking to adjust for delays or early arrivals?
Yes, we offer flight tracking as part of our service. We monitor your flight in real time to adjust for any delays or early arrivals, ensuring your chauffeur is always there to meet you at the perfect time.
What is your meet-and-greet service, and how does it work?
Our meet-and-greet service is designed to make your airport arrival as smooth as possible. When you land, your chauffeur will be waiting for you in the arrivals area, holding a name board for easy recognition.
How do I get in touch with my chauffeur when I arrive at the airport?
Upon your arrival at the airport, your chauffeur will send you a text message to confirm their location. For convenience, we recommend having WhatsApp installed on your phone, as this allows for easier communication, especially if you’re traveling internationally. If you have any difficulty locating your chauffeur, you can reply directly to the message or use the contact details provided in your booking confirmation. Our team tracks your flight, so your chauffeur will be ready and waiting, regardless of any changes in your arrival time.
What should I do if I'm unable to contact my chauffeur upon arrival?
If you're unable to contact your chauffeur upon arrival, first check for any messages from them, as they may have already reached out via text or WhatsApp. If you still can’t reach them, please call our 24/7 customer support line, which is provided in your booking confirmation. It's very important that you do not leave the airport until you have made contact with your chauffeur. Our team will assist you immediately, ensuring that you’re connected with your chauffeur or arranging an alternative if needed. We’re committed to making your journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.

What is the procedure for hiring a chauffeur by the hour?
You can just schedule your hourly chauffeur using the button below.
1. Select the specific day you want to schedule the hiring for.
2. Choose the time you want to be picked up and the booking duration.
3. Select a class of vehicle that meets your requirements.
4. Finish reserving your private chauffeur, and then enjoy the service.
Is my hourly chauffeur allowed to take me wherever I want?
The service we offer on an hourly basis is exclusively for travel within the Greater London area. We cannot accept journeys that are destined for points outside of this area.
Can I use the Hourly Hire service for airport pickups or drop-offs?

What is the maximum distance allowed per hour of hire, and how is it calculated for multiple hours?
The maximum distance allowed per hour of hire is 10 miles. Therefore, if you hire a vehicle for 4 hours, the total distance allowed is 40 miles.
Can the allotted mileage for hourly hire be used for travel outside of Greater London?
The designated mileage must be used within Greater London and cannot be used for travel outside this area.
